Progress Park
Designated as one of only seven SuperSites in Virginia by Southern Business and Development
magazine,
Wythe County Progress Park is the premier regional industrial park in Southwest Virginia.
The 1,210 acre industrial park is home to Gatorade's 922,000 sq ft production and distribution
center. Located northeast of the Town of Wytheville, the park is situated
between the I-77/I-81 over lay and Peppers Ferry Road (State Route 610). The Shenandoah Line of Norfolk
Southern passes by the park, and a rail line has been constructed into the park.
A 100,000 sq ft
virtual building is available for the graded, 25-acre Lot 8.

The following map shows the park boundaries, existing industries, and possible lot layouts. The park is not
subdivided, except for previously sold lots, so remaining lot boundaries can be adjusted to meet prospect

Progress Park is owned by Wythe County. Phase I Environmental Assessment, archaeology, and soil boring
